Robert S. Giles, III, of Freedom, died on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at Heritage Valley Sewickley Hospital. The 42-year-old died after suffering from a massive heart attack.
Born in Pittsburgh on March 2, 1983, Rob was the child of Donna Klinge from Freedom and the deceased Robert S. Giles Jr. Rob worked as a truck driver and loved riding his motorcycle and hanging out with his friends. Rob graduated from the Freedom Area School District.
Along with his mother, Robert is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Yvonne Hafner from Ellwood City; his sister, Brenda Snipes of Allison Park; his niece, Erica Hafner; his nephews, Paul Hafner, Jr., and Aiden Snipes; and a great-nephew, Deckard Pampuch.
