Faith Rose-Marie Foitek, age 21, of Beeville, Texas, passed away unexpectedly in San Antonio on July 20, 2025, just days before her 22nd birthday. Born on July 28, 2003, in Ennis, Texas, Faith brought light, laughter, and love to everyone who knew her.
She is deeply mourned and lovingly remembered by her devoted mother, Sharmyn Long Olivares, and stepfather, Dr. Lazaro Olivares, Jr., D.C., of Beeville; her father, Mr. James Foitek, and his partner, Aimee West, of Flower Mound; and her only sibling and best friend, her brother Nathan Foitek of Beeville.
Faith is also survived by her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Madelyn Becker Long Dockery of Ennis; her maternal grandfather and step-grandmother, Mr. Sherman and Joyce Long of Lancaster; her step-grandmother, Mrs. Mary Olivares of Beeville; and her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Rose Foitek of Ennis. She was preceded in death by her maternal step-grandfather, Mr. Nolen Dockery; her paternal grandfather, Mr. Jerry Foitek; and her step-grandfather, Mr. Lazaro Olivares, Sr.
Faith’s life was also richly blessed by the love of many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who adored her.
A graduate of A.C. Jones High School in Beeville, Class of 2021, Faith pursued part-time studies at Coastal Bend College while working as a licensed real estate agent—a career she began at just 19. She also played a vital role in marketing and administration for her mother’s business, Wingspan Transitions.
From an early age, Faith radiated creativity and grace. She began her career as a child model at just nine months old, appearing in print ads and billboards through age eight. She held numerous pageant titles across Ellis County and the state of Texas, including honors in Little Miss and Cinderella competitions.
Faith was baptized and raised in the Catholic faith. She was baptized at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and attended St. Joseph’s Catholic School in Waxahachie. She later graduated 8th grade from St. George Catholic School in Fort Worth. Her high school years included studies at Legacy High School in Mansfield, Matthew Road Academy in Grand Prairie, and finally in Beeville, where she graduated.
