With heavy hearts, we share the unexpected passing of Leeann Marie (LaGosh) Busse, age 50, of Greenleaf, Wisconsin, on July 25, 2025. Leeann passed away suddenly while on a special vacation with her husband, celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary—a milestone of love and partnership. Her loss leaves a profound void in the lives of all who knew and loved her.
Leeann lived a life defined by compassion, service, and deep connections. A devoted mother, she treasured every moment with her children and took immense pride in their lives. As an educator, Leeann had a remarkable gift for reaching her students and their families—her impact extended far beyond the classroom walls, leaving a legacy of inspiration and kindness.
She is lovingly survived by her husband, Chris “Dexter” Busse, and their two cherished children, Mason and Aaleigh. She also leaves behind her mother, Linda (Floyd) Jerred; siblings, Laura (Kelly) Rollin, Lisa (Tim) Francis, and Michael (Jamie) Jerred; father-in-law, Donald Busse; brothers-in-law, Brad (Becky) Busse and DJay Busse; and many other beloved family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for memorial donations to support scholarships for De Pere High School students pursuing a degree in education—a cause close to Leeann’s heart.
