He graduated from Whitehall Memorial High School, furthered his studies at Western Technical College, and continued his academic and professional journey at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. His path led him to a distinguished career as a paramedic with Gundersen Health System, where he became known not only for his skill and professionalism but for his immense heart and unwavering dedication to his team and the patients he served.
Josh lived in La Crosse, Wisconsin, but his impact stretched far beyond geographic boundaries. Those who worked with him describe him as more than a coworker—he was a beacon of strength, a source of humor during the long, exhausting nights of third shift, and a trusted friend when things felt too heavy.
