With broken hearts and immeasurable grief, we announce the tragic and untimely passing of Allen Adams, who lost his life in a construction accident on July 31, 2025. Allen was a beloved husband, devoted father, proud Pappy, loyal brother, and cherished friend. His sudden departure has left a void that words can hardly begin to fill.

Allen lived with intention and loved without limits. He was the treasured husband of Melissa Adams, and the proud father of Austin Adams, Alex (John) Adams, Alexa (Gage) Adams, Maegan (Josh) Riggs, Al “AJ” Elk II, Matthew (Sydney) Rivera, Michael (Destiny) Sauerwald, and Al “Tr3s” Elk III. His grandchildren — Madisyn, Bryson, Braxton, Blaze, Brycen, Everlee, Aiden, Emilia, Michael Jr., and Lylaa — were his pride and joy, each holding a special place in his heart.

Allen is survived by his father Robert (Stacey) Adams, mother Helen Stewart, brothers Jeffrey (Jane) Adams and Chad Adams, and sister Reanna (Brian) Adams Lee. He will be deeply missed by his sister-in-law Melanie Steinmetz, brother-in-law Michael (Amanda) Kuti, and a wide circle of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who were lucky to know the warmth, humor, and loyalty that defined him.

He was preceded in death by his mother Beverly Thomas, father Bruce Stewart, his beloved son Christopher Rivera, and brother Anthony Thomas.

Allen’s life was filled with passion. Whether riding his Harley, coaching his children’s sports teams, or camping with family, he gave his all — always present, always giving. His sense of humor, strength, and generous heart left an unforgettable mark on those around him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at Perinchief Chapels, 438 High Street, Mt. Holly, NJ 08060. A reception will follow at VFW Post 2692, 199 W. South Ave, Mt. Holly, NJ 08060.

In true Allen fashion, a tribute Harley Davidson ride will take place. Riders will depart at 2:00 PM from Village Pub & Package Goods, 539 Chatsworth Road, Tabernacle, NJ 08088, and head to Perinchief Chapels. All are welcome to join this final ride in his honor. Allen Adams lived loud, loved big, and left behind a legacy of laughter, resilience, and love. He was truly one of a kind — and he will never be forgotten.
