A violent altercation inside one of Atlanta’s well-known adult entertainment venues ended in gunfire early Thursday morning, leaving one man hospitalized.
According to the Atlanta Police Department, officers were called to the Cheetah Lounge on Spring Street just before 1 a.m. after receiving reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 28-year-old man who had been shot multiple times.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the shooting stemmed from a dispute over a woman, which escalated into violence inside the club.
The shooter had fled the scene by the time authorities arrived. As of now, no arrests have been made, and police have not released any suspect information. The condition of the victim has not been publicly disclosed.
The Cheetah Lounge markets itself as offering “a special niche for an upscale, hassle-free, and customer-friendly environment in the adult entertainment business.”
